These pretzel bites are life changing. I could not be happier to share this recipe because it is one of my absolute favorites! These are also amazing for parties. Every single time I make them they are gone before I even finish transferring them to the plate! And here’s the kicker: they are EXTREMELY simple to make! Warning: they are HIGHLY addictive. Proceed with caution.
-Instant Quick Rise Yeast (2.25 tsp)
-All purpose flour (2.5 cups)
-Sugar (1 tsp)
-Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
-Warm water about 110*F (1 cup)
-Warm water (1/2 cup)
-Baking Soda (1 tbsp)
-Sea Salt (to sprinkle on top)
-Unsalted Butter, melted (3 tbsp)
Pre-heat your oven to 450*
First, combine all of the dough ingredients. Mix together with a wooden spoon or a stand mixer if you have one. Knead on medium-low for about 5 minutes until the dough feels soft and smooth (not sticky).
Lightly dust the dough with flour, place in a zip-lock bag and set aside for about 30 minutes to allow the dough to rise.

Once your dough is ready, combine warm water and baking soda and microwave for 1 minute. Mix well.
I like to just pull off small amounts of dough and roll into little balls, but you can make any size or shape that you prefer! (Once, I even went wild and made pretzel hot dog buns! YUM)
Take your pretzel balls and dip them into your baking soda water and then place them evenly on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
Bake for about 7-9 minutes (depending on the size of your pretzel bites)
Once they are golden brown, remove them from the oven and brush with the melted butter. (I also like to top them off with a tiny bit more salt)
Enjoy while they are hot and fresh out of the oven! YUM!

Oh, these look ridiculously delicious! They’re also way easier than trying to twist up the “real” pretzels. Love it and pinned it!
